Product Description

PC (Polycarbonate) and PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) are preferred materials for LED lighting applications. 
We research and improve our material for more than 10 years. They have got a good balance of properties to
meet demands of energy efficiency, durability and long life.

PC Grade:
Injection molding, extrusion, coining, blow molding, thermoforming, printing, adhesive, coating Grade

Properties :
High impact strength, shape stable, colourless, transparent, easy dying, electric insulation, corrosion resistance,
wear resistance are good. However, poor self-lubricating, with tendency to stress cracking, high temperature easily
hydrolyzed, poor compatibility with other resins.
PC is suitable for making instrument small parts, insulating and transparent parts and impact-resistant parts.
