Introduction:

Calcium zinc stabilizer is composed of a suitable amount of hydrotalcite, organic calcium, organic zinc, with internal and external lubricants, high efficiency synergist and other components. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It is tested by SGS and meets the requirements of ROHS.


Calcium and zinc stabilizers are usually divided into: solid calcium and zinc stabilizers and liquid calcium and zinc stabilizers.
Calcium and zinc stabilizers are synthesized by special compounding process with calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant, antioxidant and other main components. It can not only replace the lead and cadmiu'm salts and organotin and other toxic stabilizers, but also has a good thermal stability, light stability and transparency and coloring power. It has been proved in practice that it is a good non-toxic stabilizer in PVC resin products with good processing performance and heat stabilizing effect equivalent to lead salts stabilizers.
