Feature:
1.Good heat stability, the long-term using temperature can be 220-240°C and the deflection temperature under load 1.82Mpa is above 260°C;
2.Good flame resistance, PPS can meet the UL94 V-0 and 5-V standard without any flame retardants and the amount of smoke is very little when it is burning;
3.Excellent chemical resistance, better than any other plastics except PTFE, insoluble in any organic solvent except strong oxidizing acids.
4.Very low molding shrinkage, low water absorption and linear expansion coefficient, keeping excellent dimensional stability even in the high temperature and humidity environment .
Uses:
Glass fiber reinforced PPS is very widely used in many fields, because of its excellentcomprehensive performance and good cost performance. It can be applied to electric, auto, train, machinery, chemistry engineering, aviation and aerospace, military, communication, office supplies and so on.
